My Fab Finance is an e-learning platform and community empowering women on their journeys toward financial freedom. I was hired during Q4 of its first million-dollar revenue year to strategically align brand assets, develop a new funnel for updated customer avatars, and create an engagement strategy for the newly launched paid membership community.

OBJECTIVES

  1. Audit digital assets across web and social and create and deploy a membership experience survey in order to develop new customer avatars.

  2. Interview c-suite and internal team in order to update the brand story and develop a fresh lead magnet in alignment with new customer avatars and brand voice.

  3. Align digital brand assets, spanning e-learning products and coaching services, and funnel leads through a unique email sequence customized to their respective avatar.

This lead magnet quiz was fun and engaging for both current audience members and new leads…

 
 
 
 

…and designing the quiz around a persona reinforced the idea of a “money story” in existing brand messaging.

Each of the money persona quiz results correlated perfectly with one of the new customer avatars, too…

 
 

…and each lead enjoyed a customized email nurture sequence unique to their money persona’s needs.
