A full-blown cultural experience doused in Southern sauciness.
Mission
Expose locals and international residents in Seoul, Korea, to Creole (and Cajun) food and drink while capturing the New Orleans party spirit. So I partnered with a neighborhood restaurant & craft cocktail bar to organize and host a monthly Louisiana-inspired food and beverage pop-up in Seoul. My metric of success was less focused on how much guests spent on menu items and more about how much they’d engage with other guests and the agenda. In addition to highlighting a different dish and drink each month, Mo’s Creole highlights include a raffle of Louisiana prizes and a dance-off New Orleans bounce music, Baton Rouge jigg tracks and Opelousas zydeco tunes. This was a chance to create and maintain a brand identity and voice that captured all of this. I wrote the menu descriptions and event invitations that we promoted on Facebook, which are below.
Cocktails. Culture. Cuisine.
